We’ve kept our Gymnastics and Weightlifting options following feedback from you, plus Open Gym is still an option for those doing their own thing.

Our goal based training programme, allowing you to train towards your own specific goals within a group environment.
DISTRICT Weightlifting Programme
Our meticulous Olympic Weightlifting programme focuses on improving your technique in some of the more complex Metcon movements; the snatch and the clean & jerk.
This class will focus on teaching you core gymnastic skills and giving you guided practice to bring you closer to efficient gymnastic movements.
Our online Mindset class is available to all members, and focuses on developing your mindset and building mental strength - a skill you can take into your training and day to day life.
Our personal training classes are designed to help you push that little bit harder towards your training targets. Our team of expert coaches will be with you every step of the way.
