DISTRICT Weightlifting Programme

Our meticulous Olympic Weightlifting programme focuses on improving your technique in some of the more complex Metcon movements; the snatch and the clean & jerk.

Skills Class

Our weekly skills class is available to all members, and is the perfect way to practice those tricky elements of functional fitness training that need more attention!
