Olympic Weightlifting

Our Olympic weightlifting classes focus on improving your technique in some of the more complex CrossFit movements; the snatch and the clean & jerk.


Sculpt muscle. Scorch fat. Strengthen your core.


This class will focus on teaching you core gymnastic skills and giving you guided practice to bring you closer to efficient gymnastic movements.


Does what it says on the tin, ‘scuse the pun. Builds muscle and joint strength in order to support other areas of your CrossFit training.


Not to be confused with Olympic Weightlifting. Powerlifting is Oly’s younger, but equally favoured sibling.

Skills Class

Our weekly skills class is available to all members, and is the perfect way to practice those tricky elements of CrossFit that need more attention!

Personal Training

Our personal training classes are designed to help you push that little bit harder towards your training targets. Our team of expert coaches will be with you every step of the way.


We all need some therapy in our lives. This class will teach you new ways to look after your body whilst following our entire training programme.
