Little DISTRICT (Metcon Kids)

The goal of our Metcon Kids class is to break the cycle of poor behaviours by instilling in both present and future generations of children a positive association with exercise, a desire to be fit, and a goal to live a long and healthy life.

Our coaches are certified children's fitness trainers and will get your little ones moving and loving it in no time! DISTRICT Weightlifting Programme

One of the oldest disciplines from the Olympic Games, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, requires dedicated hard work to master.

Our four sessions a week programme is designed to improve your technique and numbers in these lifts. We will be focusing on developing strength, flexibility, speed, and power. In each session we will also look at the accessory movement and compound movements that assist these larger more complex movements.

These skills will be transferable to your overall training and once you start attending these classes, you’ll have wished you’d started earlier.

Gymnastics

Get ready to become a gymnastic ninja warrior. Too much? Okay, perhaps you just want to accomplish your first pull-up or handstand push-up. This is still the class for you. Our gymnastics program is designed to master the fundamentals and follows cycles of training that have different focus points, but all aimed at getting us incredibly strong at the bodyweight movements that CrossFit can throw at us.

One-on-One Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals.
