CrossFit

"CrossFit is a lifestyle characterised by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition" (CrossFit.com) and forms the basis of all that we do at DISTRICT.

Olympic Weightlifting

Our Olympic weightlifting classes focus on improving your technique in some of the more complex CrossFit movements; the snatch and the clean & jerk.

Burn

Sculpt muscle. Scorch fat. Strengthen your core.

Gymnastics

This class will focus on teaching you core gymnastic skills and giving you guided practice to bring you closer to efficient gymnastic movements.

Build

Does what it says on the tin, ‘scuse the pun. Builds muscle and joint strength in order to support other areas of your CrossFit training.

Powerlifting

Not to be confused with Olympic Weightlifting. Powerlifting is Oly’s younger, but equally favoured sibling.

Therapy

We all need some therapy in our lives. This class will teach you new ways to look after your body whilst following our entire training programme.

Skills Class

Our weekly skills class is available to all members, and is the perfect way to practice those tricky elements of CrossFit that need more attention!

Personal Training

Our personal training classes are designed to help you push that little bit harder towards your training targets. Our team of expert coaches will be with you every step of the way.

For those of you that are afraid of commitment.

This package is designed to allow you to spread your training out across the month, however you see fit. This package allows you to 13 classes per month and includes access to our signature Burn classes, monthly workshops but not the Speciality classes.

It is the more flexible of options if you think that you might train five times one week but only twice the week after.

Again, Speciality classes are not accessible in this package.
